The exclusive Lobster and Stormy flats from "54 Grad Nord" are located in the Nauticum, in the old part of the fishing village of Lubmin, just a few steps away from the beautiful Baltic Sea beach. Once built by fishermen, the old villa no longer offered sufficient security and comfort and so the foundation stone for the Nauticum was laid in 2020. 54GradNord interprets maritime elements in a new and contemporary way. A new yacht has docked in the venerable old harbour, so to speak. Flat Stormy; a holiday flat over two floors with a terrace and a balcony with a wonderful view of the beach and the waves of the Baltic Sea and many special features. Everything you need for the big trip is available. In the fully equipped galley, you'll find everything you need to create something exquisite… from a KitchenAid mixing set to a parmesan grater. You can also look forward to a modern bathroom with a rain shower.
