The 130 m² holiday flat, spread over two floors, is located 200 m from the beach of Calis in Fethiye with a view of the sea from the upper balcony. The flat is located in a small detached holiday complex with a beautiful garden and a very large communal pool. Ideal for families with small children. The complex is completely fenced and has a children's and baby pool. Good shopping facilities, cafes, restaurants and sports clubs are within walking distance. You don't need a car to get to the city centre either. There is a boat taxi from Calis Centrum to the city centre of Fethiye. You can also take the public buses, which stop right outside the complex, to explore the surrounding area and reach the centre of Fethiye. The promenade of Calis with tourist offices for booking excursions, nice restaurants, cafes and shops of all kinds is within easy walking distance. There is also a surf café in the immediate vicinity offering all kinds of water sports activities. Due to its location close to the beach, it is pleasantly windy even in the hot summer months.
