It is located in a family house with garden and private car park in front of the house. There is another flat for rent in the house for up to 4 people, and one is occupied by the friendly owners. The studio is located in the area of Umag that is most sought after by tourists. The beaches in the area are sandy and well equipped. Near the coast there are pine trees or other plants where you can shelter from the sun during the hottest hours of the day. There are also pebbly, challenging and rocky beaches, as the coastline changes its structure every few hundred metres. However, the area is quiet and central. Near the house are the Stella Maris tennis courts, where the famous Umag ATP Croatia Open tennis tournament has been held for years. There are various leisure activities in the neighbourhood: Tennis courts, 18-hole golf course, horse riding, water sports, nightclubs, various boat or bus excursions. Water sports enthusiasts will find diving, water skiing and surfing here. Renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food restaurants, bars. Those who want to explore the area will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums and an impressive marina. Excursions in the hinterland interesting the artist town Grožnjan, Motovun typical medieval town known for the film festival, Livade the area of white truffles, Hum the smallest town in the world, PN Plitvice, the coastal areas PN Brioni, fish picnic boat, excursion to Venice, Pula, Rovinj, Porec, Baredine cave. A visit to the amusement park Funtana and the nearby water park Istralandia will make the hearts of young and old beat faster.
