The studio enjoys an excellent location, just 200 metres from the main beach at Zadar, called Kolovare, and about a 15-minute walk from the historical old town. The beautifully laid out garden with a shared pool is ideal for all ages. The studios provide direct access to the large terrace with a playground. Three grill areas are available for the shared use of all guests. The complex has five newly renovated (2016) studios for two to four people. The combined living room, bedroom and dining room includes a small but functional kitchen, equipped with all the standard utensils, as well as a coffee machine, toaster, microwave and a two-ring hob.
