The holiday flat has two bedrooms, one with a double bed of 1.50 m wide, the other bedroom has two single beds of 90 cm wide. The flat has a 22 m² terrace with a wonderful view of the sea, the village of Morro Jable and the mountains. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, i.e. two sun loungers, a table and four chairs. The kitchen is also fully equipped and is a separate room. The access to the flat can be done in two ways, either from the street Mascona or from the Avenida del Saladar, as there are two accesses to the building. However, the access from the Avenida del Saladar is more advisable as there is a large area with car parking.
