Villa Barraca is a beautiful villa located very close to Puerto de Pollensa and with fantastic views of the Sierra de Tramontana. The attractive outdoor area has a private pool and a built-in barbecue, as well as a large covered terrace. The construction barbecue is located on one side of the pool and has a large table and benches, as well as a seating area to relax.In addition, the beach of Puerto Pollensa is very close to the villa so you can choose between a quiet meal at home or the wide gastronomic offer in Puerto de Pollensa. The entrance of Villa Barraca, through the electric gate, takes us to the parking area, with space to park 2 vehicles. Access to the main door is through the covered terrace and from there you access the living-dining room. The living room has ample space for the whole family, with comfortable seating around the fireplace (for decorative use only) and a flat-screen TV. There is also a dining table and chairs to one side of the room, and direct access to the covered terrace and pool area. The beamed ceilings and wrought iron window accents give this room a nice rustic touch. The kitchen is located adjacent to the living room and has plenty of storage space and a small breakfast bar, perfect for enjoying a hot croissant in the morning.The rooms at Villa Barraca are tastefully decorated with a traditional touch.
