The outdoor area impresses with a wooden terrace facing the lake, a lovingly landscaped garden with barbecue, a solar-heated communal pool [7 x 3.5 m] - open from Easter to the end of October, sun terraces with sun loungers. Additional amenities such as a goldfish pond, dwarf rabbits and chickens are especially enjoyable for our younger guests. A table tennis table and board games in the tavern as well as the rustic wine cellar "Cantina" with house wine and local specialities complete the offer. The surrounding area invites you to go for walks, hikes or bike tours directly from the domicile. The beautiful waterfront promenade of Gravedona with numerous shopping opportunities and attractive ristoranti, bars and cafés can be reached on foot in around 15-20 minutes or by car in 3-4 minutes. The boat landing stage, from where you can explore the towns around the lake, is also within easy reach.
