This beautiful house with excellent panoramic views is situated in the countryside only 1.5 km from the small and popular coastal village of Porto Petro with excellent restaurants, cafes and a small number of shops. The spacious outdoor area offers sunny areas as well as covered terraces, a front garden with lawns, some palm and carob trees and a large sun terrace. The park can be explored on various paths and, with a bit of luck, you may come across one of the few turtles still living in the wild. The holiday resort of Cala d'Or is approx. 4 km away and has several bays with fine sandy beaches, an almost endless number of restaurants and an exclusive marina. In Cala d'Or there is the possibility of practising water sports or booking a boat trip to explore the beautiful coast of the south-east of Mallorca. The famous Vall d'Or golf course is just a 10-minute drive away in the direction of Porto Colom. Here, even "non-golfers" can enjoy the tranquillity and the beautiful views over a small snack on the terrace of the associated restaurant.
