View of the Oosterschelde and the Harbor

In the small apartment complex at the tip of Sint-Annaland, this ground-floor apartment is located. From the garden, you have a beautiful view of the Oosterschelde, where occasionally a sailing boat appears on the horizon, and from the balcony, you look out over the cozy harbor and the two beautiful, old-fashioned, typically Zeeland windmills of picturesque Sint-Annaland. In this lovely spot, you breathe in the fresh sea air and unwind while listening to the rustling of the wind, the movements of the sea, and the sounds of the seagulls.

Cozy Apartment with Sea View

You enter the bright, stylishly furnished living space, which is divided into a living room and a kitchen. The seating area is comfortably arranged around the TV, with a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, and nautical accessories.

In the kitchen, there is a large sturdy table with seating for 6 people. The sleek kitchen is equipped with all the necessary amenities. With a cooktop, combination microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer, you can quickly prepare the most delicious meals. Enjoying a nice cup of coffee or tea, inside or in the garden or on the balcony, will definitely be possible with the Nespresso coffee machine and the kettle.

The apartment has two bedrooms, each located on different sides of the apartment, so you can choose which view you prefer when you wake up.

Peace and Space by the Zeeland Coast

The bedroom on the seaside, located next to the living room, has a double bed with two single mattresses (160x200cm / 2 x 80x200cm), two nightstands with lighting, and a wardrobe. The windows are equipped with blackout curtains, but you might want to keep them open, as from your bed you have a direct view of the Oosterschelde—a unique experience! Both from this bedroom and the living room, you have direct access to the north-facing garden with a view over the Oosterschelde.

The bedroom on the harbor side is next to the kitchen and is equipped with a double bed with two single mattresses (180x200cm / 2x 90x200cm), two nightstands with lighting, a wardrobe, and a TV. From both the bedroom and the kitchen, you step out onto the balcony (17.4 m2) with a complete garden set for 6 people, where you can overlook the harbor of Sint-Annaland. This south-facing balcony guarantees lovely moments in the sun.

Luxurious Living by the Water

The bathroom is modernly designed and features a walk-in shower (with a rain shower and hand shower), a sink with a mirror, and a hairdryer. The toilet with a small sink is located outside the bathroom.

For the little ones, a (foldable?) crib (60x120cm) and a high chair are available. In the basement closet, there is a washing machine, and there is also a storage room with an electrical outlet for storing, for example, bicycles. A parking space is included with the apartment. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

Enjoying the Sea and Harbor

With the Oosterschelde at your feet, you are truly on holiday in the Zeeland landscape. This unique location gives you a sense of tranquility and freedom with the expansive view over the sea, but it also has the main amenities within easy reach, as the lovely village of Sint-Annaland is within walking distance. The village has shops, a supermarket, sports facilities, and restaurants. The surrounding area offers many activities for hikers, cyclists, and water sports enthusiasts. Discover the special nature reserves, such as Krabbenkreek, Rammegors, and the Slikken van de Heen.
