On this floor, there is also a large roof terrace with comfortable furniture – perfect for a morning coffee or relaxing while watching the sunset. In total, the villa has three bathrooms.
In the fenced and landscaped courtyard, there is a private outdoor pool measuring 26 m² with sun loungers. The pool can be heated upon request and at an additional charge, making it perfect for stays outside the main season. For additional entertainment, guests can also enjoy table tennis.
