It is a high quality 3 bedroom villa with an independent guest house. Situated on the village of Kali Sykia, 8km from Plakias and can accommodate up to 8 people. It is quietly positioned and suitable for families and groups.Entering the villa, on the ground floor, there is a spacious open plan area consisting of the living room with a large sofa, fireplace, a TV, the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen of fixtures and appliances including. Additionally, a bathroom is found on the same floor. The open plan area opens the yard that leads to the pool area while has a fully equipped barbecue area.On the first floor there are three bedrooms and one bathroom. The first bedroom has a double bed, TV, air condition and a balcony overlooking the pool and the mountain. The second and the third bedroom have two single beds each one (that can be joined to one bed), a TV, air condition and balcony. Also, on this floor there is a large terrace with outstanding panoramic views.Independent Guest HouseThe independent guest house is located next to the villa. The guest house consisting of a kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Additionally, the house has direct access to the swimming pool. The villa has air-conditioned everywhere with electric shutters and also it has under floor heating, fire place that make it ideal also for the winter time.
