30 km west of Joensuu, Lake Kuorinka 20 m (length 5 km, width 3 km), firm, gently deepening sandy bottom, pier and rowing boat. Wooden villa built in 1993, renovated in 2018, with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms (13 m² each), one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, dressing room/utility room, shower, sauna (electric stove), and toilet. Large terrace with gas grill and smoking box. Lakeside sauna with wood-burning stove and dressing room. Hot tub included in the rental. The owner fills the hot tub, and the guest heats it; the owner takes care of emptying and cleaning the hot tub. Air source heat pump. The neighboring cottage (40 m away) is for the owner's private use. The rental includes access to a small island, which is privately used and reached by an 800-meter row. The island features a campfire site, a composting toilet, and a tent site for overnight stays. Bed linen (sheets and towels) and final cleaning are included in the bookings.
