With its authentic and unusual appearance, reminiscent of the charm of the past, the house is also a frequent eye-catcher for passers-by and guests. It is built in a Mediterranean style, with thick walls to protect it from the heat. The courtyard is equipped with garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue. Not far from Šibenik is the Krka National Park with its waterfalls. The island of Murter is connected to the mainland by a bridge and is therefore easily accessible by car. There are airports in Zadar and Split. Moorings and modern facilities are available in the marina "Hramina" and in the marina Betina. Due to its proximity to the Kornati National Park, Murter is an ideal starting point for excursions to the Kornati islands. The architecture in Betina is a protected monument.
