The villa is only 5km from the baroque beauty of Scicli and a few minutes from the beautiful beaches of Sampieri, an ancient fishing village. The villa has a large garden, infinity pool, private parking, internal patio with relaxation area, indoor and outdoor dining area, a large living room with fireplace, 4K home cinema with MySky, fully equipped kitchen, communal bathroom and laundry area.
