With a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the villa is ideal for 6 people. On the ground floor there is a bedroom, a bathroom with toilet, walk-in shower and the spacious kitchen with cooking island and seating area as well as an adjoining open, bright living room. From the comfortable couch you can enjoy the view of the garden and pool area. A large dining table between the seating area and the kitchen invites you to socialize. An open staircase leads to the first floor, where there are two bedrooms and a large bathroom with toilet and a walk-in shower. From the master bedroom you enter the spacious roof terrace, which is ideal for yoga or morning exercises. All bedrooms are equipped with box spring beds (160 x 200 and 180 x 200) and have wardrobes and bedside tables.

The holiday villa Mayla is located in the quiet fishing village of Liznjan. There is a public football and basketball court in the immediate vicinity. The nearest 'local beach' with cozy beach bars is about 2 km away, and the most beautiful bays away from the hustle and bustle can be reached within a few minutes by car or bike. The well-known nature reserve of Cape Kamenjak is only about 25 minutes away by car and will make the heart of every 'cliff diver' beat faster. A popular place to go out to eat in the evening and stroll along the harbor promenade is the touristy Medulin, about 1 km away - there you will find numerous shops, bars, amusement park and much more. Two large supermarkets (Plodine and Lidl) are also only about 2 km away. Pula - the capital of Istria with its famous monument, the amphitheatre Arena, can be reached in about 15 minutes by car.
