It consists of a living/bedroom with high-quality box-spring double bed (2x 90x2.00m), sitting area, TV and DVD player, antique chest of drawers and mirror. The kitchen is equipped with a kitchenette, a dining area and a reading corner with a cosy armchair. Kitchen: fridge, oven, 4 ring hob, sink, cupboards with crockery, cutlery, kettle and pans, glasses, Nesspresso, Senseo, etc. The satellite TV offers mainly German-speaking channels such as ARD, ZDF, WDR, etc. and of course international channels such as CNN etc. (satellite Astra). The front garden around the biological swimming pond 15x7x2m can be used by all guests. Each flat has its own marked parking space, while the rear garden and the terraces next to the owners' house are for private use.
