The flat is heated exclusively by the wood-burning stove. Logs can be purchased per basket from the landlady as required. The bathroom is heated with an infrared heater. The hot water is provided by an instantaneous water heater. The garden is equally available to all residents, but the "Waschhaus" flat also has its own terrace. The house is situated on a large plot on the edge of the small village of Petschow. The village is surrounded by meadows and fields. There are plenty of opportunities for those who enjoy outdoor activities. A bathing lake can be reached by bike or car (2 km).
