The 70 m² holiday flat is located on the first floor of a residential building, just a few metres from the beach. The house was last renovated in 2014 and can accommodate four to five people. From the living room you also have access to the balcony. There is a table and chairs at your disposal and you can enjoy a great view of the sea and the surrounding mountains. You can park your car on the street; there are usually free spaces there. The flat has two bedrooms, one with a double bed (1,50 m x 2,00 m) and the other with a bunk bed (each 0,90 m x 1,90 m) and another single bed (0,90 m x 1,90 m). The nearest beach and the sea are only about 100 metres away. Only a few hundred metres away there is a larger supermarket and the nearest public transport stop. From this stop you can reach the city of Barcelona, 25 km away, approximately every 10 minutes. Restaurants are about 50 m away and the centre of Cabrera de Mar is about 1 km away. The flat is ideal for a beach holiday with the option of visiting Barcelona.
