Berchtesgaden is located in the south-easternmost part of Upper Bavaria. Our flat is about 500 metres from the main railway station. From here you can easily reach the Edeka supermarket (200 m), the spa centre 500 m, Watzmanntherme, Obersalzberg with Kehlsteinhaus, Jennerbahn with Königssee approx. 5 km. Good railway and RVO bus connections to Bad Reichenhall and Salzburg. By car you can reach Salzburg in about 30 minutes. With the guest card you can use the RVO bus to the districts of Berchtesgaden free of charge, also to Bad Reichenhall and with a small additional payment to Salzburg. Leisure activities are available everywhere in the surrounding area. In winter, the Obersalzberg and Jenner ski areas are right on the doorstep. In summer, the cycle paths (Berchtesgadener Radstern) invite you to cycle and mountain bike tours. The national park team offers guided hikes all year round. Our flat has a spacious living room with dining area, TV cable connection, Internet access via WLAN with flat rate, telephone, balcony, bedroom, separate kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, three-star fridge. The underfloor heating radiates pleasant warmth. The flat has an underground car park. The Watzmanntherme spa offers a wide range of wellness facilities, as does the salt mine. Well-marked hiking trails lead in all directions of the Berchtesgadener Land.
