For those who like to explore, the boat to Intra will take you to the Borromean Islands, while in just 20 minutes by car you can reach Laveno for a scenic ferry ride. History and culture enthusiasts can visit the numerous UNESCO sites in the province of Varese, such as the Sacro Monte and the Hermitage of Santa Caterina.
