This country inn is located in Ovada (municipality of Grillano) and is part of the Grillano Castle, which has belonged to the Torello Rovereto family for four generations. The family-run farm is dedicated to viticulture (Dolcetto, Barbera, Cortese and Chardonnay) and winemaking according to ancient traditions. Only organically grown grapes are used to produce the wine. The careful control of each production phase guarantees a high quality standard. On request it is possible to taste the wines produced on site and visit the cellar and vineyard.
