Villa Stella, a new, modern holiday home with a private pool located in Gornje Biljane between Zadar and Benkovac. The place is 15-20 minutes drive from the old town of Zadar. The old town with its winding streets invites you to stroll, linger, and shop. Visit the famous 'Sea Organ' and 'Greeting to the Sun'. The villa is situated in a peaceful environment and offers a pleasant, relaxing vacation. It impresses with its spacious property (1600m²) featuring a private pool and solar outdoor shower that provides refreshment on hot summer days (exclusive use). Enjoy the beautiful view of Velebit. The sunbathing terrace with loungers and umbrellas, as well as the pavilion, invites you to socialize over wine and good food under the starry sky. It is ideal for a larger family as it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower/WC, and a large living room with kitchen. The house is bright and modern. All rooms have their own individually controlled air conditioning units with remote control. In the outdoor area, next to the pavilion, there is a large swing, a trampoline, and a stone grill for barbecuing!
