Die Wohnung ist recht angenehm und gemütlich, auch wenn die Einrichtung und das Dekor etwas simpel sind. Die Inneneinrichtung ist praktisch, aber eher für diejenigen geeignet, die die meiste Zeit damit verbringen, die Stadt zu erkunden. Die Küche ist für einen leidenschaftlichen Koch oder eine Familie mit kleinen Kindern nicht gut ausgestattet, da viele grundlegende Kochutensilien fehlen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist jedoch äußerst praktisch. In der Nähe gibt es mehrere ausgezeichnete Restaurants und Cafés und gleich um die Ecke ist ein Carrefour-Supermarkt. Der Louvre und die Seine sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt und es gibt auch mehrere U-Bahn-Stationen in der Nähe.
