Der Check-in ging schnell unter zwei Minuten vonstatten. Das stabile Internet funktionierte hervorragend bei der Arbeit von unterwegs, zusätzlich gab es einen praktischen Arbeitsplatz ganz in der Nähe vieler Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Our check into the space was delayed until 17:00. Property Management staff was very friendly and accommodating. Rental apartment was nice.

Location was good, but the condition wasn’t superb. Surfaces, floors and counters, are peeling up. The elevator door malfunctioned repeatedly required we exit on a different floor and the apartment had to be aired out upon arrival due to a strong solvent smell. And very few windows opened so this was tough. Convenient location but the ikea materials used in the renovation are showing their age.

The apartment is beautifully located, It has quality bedding and pleasant air conditioning, However, there is considerable humidity in the apartment, probably due to a faulty VMC, There is also an intermittent noise coming from the air conditioning, which is quite unpleasant (perhaps the lifting pump?), One of the televisions does not work with its remote control and the one in the living room is missing many channels, The common areas are well maintained and the elevator is a nice bonus,

The apartment is quite pleasant and cozy, even if the furnishings and decor are somewhat simplistic, The interior is practical but more suitable for those spending most of their time exploring the city, The kitchen is not well-equipped for a passionate cook or a family with young kids, as it lacks many basic cooking tools, However, the apartment's location is extremely convenient, There are several excellent restaurants and cafes nearby, and there's a Carrefour supermarket just around the corner, The Louvre and Seine are only a few minutes' walk away, and there are several metro stations nearby as well,

Great location- within walking distance to major attractions, The overall condition of the place is a bit tired and the kitchen has a lingering cigarette smell despite being designated as non-smoking, The check-in instructions were straightforward and efficient, but it felt a bit impersonal, The remote controls were not functioning properly, so we requested a replacement, They promised to deliver it but never followed through, The hallway lights in the building were not working, making it challenging to enter the unit- apart from that, a wonderful trip,

Joffrey rescued us from a difficult situation! Initially, we made a reservation with a “new” host that turned out to be a fraudulent location (AVOID BOOKING ANYTHING AT 91 RUE DE TÍVOLI), After a helpful AirB&B representative assisted us in cancelling that reservation, we were provided with alternative listings and fortunately selected this one! Joffrey promptly approved the booking and assisted us in every possible way, allowing us to leave our luggage while the apartment was being cleaned, Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a impeccably clean and tidy apartment with air conditioning and additional fans in both bedrooms, The beds were extremely comfortable, the beddings and towels were fresh and clean, and the bathrooms were stocked with useful toiletries, Many thanks to Joffrey and Amina for rescuing our family trip in Paris!! :-) 3

Excellent location and extremely clean and organized! It is situated on the 4th floor (5th floor for us in France) but there is an elevator, Although there was no air conditioning, the bedrooms were equipped with oscillating fans that kept us comfortably cool while we slept! Excellent dining options and shops nearby and a grocery store right around the corner, Just a 10-minute walk to the Louvre, They even provided plenty of chilled water in the fridge for us! A very pleasant stay!

Great location, Close to everything yet the street is peaceful, I would definitely recommend this place, The host provides very clear instructions for check-in and there is plenty of room, One thing to note is that the couch can only accommodate one person or maybe two children, It is quite comfortable but it is not a sofa bed, The kitchen may not be fully equipped for cooking, but who wants to cook in Paris anyway? There were construction workers working on the building's exterior, which was a bit surprising to see right outside the windows, and the smell of paint was strong, but hopefully, the work is temporary, Overall, a fantastic, convenient, and spacious accommodation,

The flat was exactly as described, The only issues seem to be related to the property management company, There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, so my first chore was to wash dishes in Paris, Additionally, the cleaning lady showed up an hour before our checkout time, leading to an uncomfortable rush to clean up and check out, Lastly, there is a faint, repetitive noise (resembling a compressor cycling on and off) coming from the ceiling in the hallway between the kitchen and one of the bedrooms, While not particularly loud, it can be disruptive to your sleep when everything else is quiet at night, Once you notice it, you can't unhear it,

Adored the location, Market at the corner and delightful bakery and fantastic coffee across the street, If you enjoy ramen and sushi, the Japanese eateries are top-notch in Paris right in the area, Ideal location in district one with easy access to numerous attractions, Bus and subway a short 5-minute stroll away, Peaceful and tidy apartment, You will not be let down!

The street is peaceful on weekends, but with ongoing construction nearby, it can get noisy on weekdays starting from 7:30am,br/The building follows a French architectural style, and the elevator is charmingly small, However, the apartment is completely new,

Excellent location and simple check-in procedure - in close proximity to the Louvre, Notre Dame, Galeries Lafayette, and Les Halles, The internet worked sufficiently well and the television played in French, but our focus was on exploring, dining, and enjoying drinks, so we didn't spend much time awake in the apartment! The nearby supermarket facilitated the purchase of snacks and other items, It served as a wonderful accommodation for my wife and our two teenage daughters, The apartment is tidy and well-lit, with large traditional windows that provide a bright and charming atmosphere, My wife, who is usually particular, was completely satisfied with our stay here,

Location couldn't have been better, It was right in the center with everything (metro, bus stop, bakery, pharmacy, grocery, etc) right around the corner, As with most buildings in Paris, the apartment building is old, The elevator is very small (barely big enough to fit 3 people at once), and you can hear everything around you, but it is a relatively quiet neighborhood, The neighborhood felt quite safe overall, The beds were spacious and comfortable (including the sofa bed), There is now a microwave available, As mentioned in other reviews, the wifi information provided in the packet was incorrect, However, you can find the correct details by looking at a white disk-shaped router in the 2nd bedroom, which will display the SSID and password, I have informed the management, so hopefully it will be corrected in the future, We were also able to check in early as there were no other bookings the day before our stay,

We wanted a cozy and affordable place with 2 bedrooms for 4 adults, and this was ideal, The apartment is charming (even better than the photos) and located in a great area to explore Paris, Pyramides station is just a 2-minute walk away, and there's a supermarket 30 seconds from the apartment that stays open late, You can easily walk to the Louvre and Notre Dame, The kitchen is on the smaller side but well-equipped if we had wanted to cook, One minor issue was the lack of cups, but considering the price and location, it's a minor inconvenience, I would definitely stay here again,

Ideal location to visit Paris, Clean and pleasant accommodation, A small supermarket at the bottom of the building at 20m and open until 11pm, A host of restaurants in the surrounding streets, Lively neighborhood but very quiet street of the apartment, We had a very good stay, Some additional amenities would be welcome (microwave, dish towels, cutlery and sufficient crockery for the number of guests in the apartment, ,,,),

Nice and tidy apartment with a great location in the heart of the Japanese district, It was a bit challenging to reach checkmyguest to report missing items (such as no bed sheets for the sofa bed, wifi not working due to a changed password, missing light bulbs in the bathroom), There was a shortage of cutlery and plates, The single glazed windows allow you to hear everything happening on the street (although it's a quiet street, garbage trucks come every morning)
