The 75 m² apartment features a living room/kitchen, a bathroom/sauna, and a separate WC. On the upper floor, there are 2 bedrooms and an additional WC. Additionally, there's a balcony accessible either from the living room or the bathroom, featuring an additional chargeable outdoor hot tub. Sleeping arrangements: 2 bedrooms, each with two 90 x 200 cm beds. In addition, the sofa in the living room can be converted into two extra beds. Child gates are provided at both the top and bottom of the stairs. The second bedroom upstairs has a skylight that can be blacked out with an electrically operated blackout blind if needed.
