This beautiful two bedroom apartment features free wifi, air condition in every room, flat screen TV and SAT TV, so as fully equipped kitchen with oven, refrigerator, microwave, water kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher and dining area, as well as sitting area with sofa. Apartment also consists of two private bathrooms, one containing bathtub, laundry washing machine and hair dryer, while another one consists of shower and laundry washing machine and hair dryer as well.
This two bedroom apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 5 persons.
Cavtat is a town situated approximately 20 km south of Dubrovnik and also near Dubrovnik international airport. It boasts amazing beaches, hotels, restaurants and all amenities needed for comfortable holiday. The Cavtat area is most attractive due to Mediterranean vegetation which covers the whole area. Another advantage is unpolluted sea and a very attractive mixture of old and new architecture. Due to the property's excellent location guests can find everything they need for a pleasant stay in approximately 400 meters range. The nearest restaurant is 400 meters away, while the closest grocery store can be found in 270 meters range. The famous Cavtat promenade is 1 km away from the property, where you can find a lots of restaurants, coffees, ATM's as well as banks, post office, pharmacy, open market and souvenir shops.
The nearest bus stop is 400 meters away with buses passing by frequently (Cavtat-Dubrovnik). Dubrovnik Airport is 5 km away from the property, while Dubrovnik main bus station and ferry port are 21 km away.

Sehr komfortables Apartment, toller Pool, schöner Pool, fantastische Aussicht vom großen Wohnbereich, zwei Badezimmer, Cavtat sehr schön mit vielen Bademöglichkeiten und schönen Restaurants,
Atemberaubende Aussicht, netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber Pero, wunderschöner Pool und viel Platz. Wir hatten einen fabelhaften Aufenthalt mit unseren beiden Teenagern und Kindern im Vorschulalter.
Dies ist unser vierter Besuch und wir freuen uns immer darauf, wiederzukommen. Ein wunderschönes Anwesen mit herrlicher Aussicht.
Schönes großes Apartment, sehr sauber, schöne Gärten und Pool mit einer fantastischen Aussicht, perfekter Gastgeber, der uns sogar beim Transfer zum Flughafen geholfen hat, sehr empfehlenswert,
Ein unvergesslicher Urlaub an einem wunderschönen Ort. Was für ein fantastischer Ort! Unser Apartment war geräumig und gut ausgestattet, mit atemberaubender Aussicht und einem wunderschönen Poolbereich. Unser Wohnzimmerfenster war buchstäblich wie eine Postkarte. Wir fanden es toll, die Schildkrötenfamilie im Garten zu sehen. Nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt und ein ordentliches Restaurant. Das Zentrum von Cavtat ist 10 Gehminuten den Hügel hinunter entfernt. Unser Gastgeber Pero war freundlich und hilfsbereit und sprach ausgezeichnetes Englisch. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa Alegria sehr genossen und hatten einen unvergesslichen Urlaub.
