Another advantage is unpolluted sea and a very attractive mixture of old and new architecture. Due to the property's excellent location guests can find everything they need for a pleasant stay in approximately 400 meters range. The nearest restaurant is 400 meters away, while the closest grocery store can be found in 270 meters range. The famous Cavtat promenade is 1 km away from the property, where you can find a lots of restaurants, coffees, ATM's as well as banks, post office, pharmacy, open market and souvenir shops.
The nearest bus stop is 400 meters away with buses passing by frequently (Cavtat-Dubrovnik). Dubrovnik Airport is 5 km away from the property, while Dubrovnik main bus station and ferry port are 21 km away.

Appartement très confortable, piscine amusante, belle piscine, vue fantastique depuis le grand salon, deux salles de bains, Cavtat très belle avec de nombreuses possibilités de baignade et de charmants restaurants,
Vues à couper le souffle, hôte charmant et serviable Pero, belle piscine et grand espace, nous avons passé un séjour fabuleux avec nos deux adolescents et pré-adolescents,
C'est notre quatrième visite et nous avons toujours hâte de revenir, une belle propriété avec une vue imprenable
Bel et grand appartement, très propre, beaux jardins et piscine avec une vue imprenable, hôte parfait qui nous a même aidé avec notre transfert à l'aéroport, je le recommande vivement,
Des vacances mémorables dans un endroit magnifique, quel endroit fantastique ! Notre appartement était spacieux et bien équipé avec une vue imprenable et une belle piscine, la fenêtre de notre salon était littéralement comme une carte postale, nous avons adoré voir la famille de tortues vivant dans le jardin, il y a un petit supermarché et un restaurant décent à seulement 5 minutes à pied, le centre de Cavtat est à 10 minutes à pied en bas de la colline, notre hôte, Pero, était sympathique et serviable et parlait très bien anglais, nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour à la Villa Alegria et avons passé des vacances mémorables,
