Villa Burić is located in Zaton, a quiet little place in suburbs of Dubrovnik with beautiful beaches, picturesque cafes and restaurants, just 25 minutes ride to Dubrovnik's Old Town.
This location is perfect for guests who love to enjoy the sun and the sea, but far enough to avoid the crowds and keep their peace and privacy.
This spacious Villa features comes with a large furnished terrace, sun terrace fitted with sunbeds and parasols, seasonal outdoor swimming pool, BBQ facilities, table tennis and darts, just perfect for a relaxing family and friends vacation.
Luggage storage is possible before the check in time.
One pet per stay is allowed, upon request.
The accommodation facility itself includes five bedrooms, three private bathrooms, living room with sofa, air conditioning, sitting area, SAT LCD TV and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area.
The living room which is combined with the fully equipped kitchen and dining area, one twin room as well as one bathroom fitted with shower are situated on the ground floor while the other four double rooms and additional two bathrooms (one fitted with bathtub and the other with shower) are situated on the first floor. Three of the five bedrooms have a furnished balcony.
This apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people.

tolle Villa in der Nähe von Dubrovnik mit großem und sehr sauberem Pool mit Nachtbeleuchtung :)Eine tolle Villa, wenn Sie einen komfortablen und günstigen Aufenthalt in der Nähe von Dubrovnik wünschen. Die Villa bietet auch bequem Platz für 2 Familien mit Kindern (wir würden sie für 8 Personen empfehlen), da es 4 vollwertige Schlafzimmer gibt. Die Abende können Sie im sehr großen, eingezäunten und gemütlichen Hof der Villa verbringen, wo Sie Ihr Auto sicher abstellen können. Es gibt Liegestühle, einen großen Tisch zum Sitzen, Sonnenschirme, einen Außengrill, Tischtennis, eine Außendusche und, was am wichtigsten ist, ein großes und sehr sauberes Tauchbecken mit Nachtbeleuchtung :), Der Yachthafen und Strand von Zaton sind zu Fuß erreichbar und die Altstadt von Dubrovnik ist auch nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt. Der Gastgeber ist freundlich und fürsorglich. Wir senden unsere herzlichsten Grüße.

Wat een leuke villa! Het ligt in een rustige omgeving, maar dicht genoeg bij Dubrovnik voor dagtochten, De nabijgelegen stranden waren prachtig, en we hielden ervan om de lokale cafés te verkennen, De villa zelf was schoon en had een gezellige sfeer, waardoor het voelde als thuis
Villa Anka was the perfect getaway for our family! Spacious and well-equipped, we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, The outdoor pool was a hit with the kids, and we enjoyed many barbecues on the terrace in the evenings, Highly recommend this place!
We had a fantastic time at Villa Anka, The living area was bright and inviting, and the bedrooms were large enough for our group of 10, The balcony view was a nice touch, and being able to bring our dog made our stay even better
