This location is perfect for guests who love to enjoy the sun and the sea, but far enough to avoid the crowds and keep their peace and privacy.
This spacious Villa features comes with a large furnished terrace, sun terrace fitted with sunbeds and parasols, seasonal outdoor swimming pool, BBQ facilities, table tennis and darts, just perfect for a relaxing family and friends vacation.
Luggage storage is possible before the check in time.
One pet per stay is allowed, upon request.
The accommodation facility itself includes five bedrooms, three private bathrooms, living room with sofa, air conditioning, sitting area, SAT LCD TV and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area.
The living room which is combined with the fully equipped kitchen and dining area, one twin room as well as one bathroom fitted with shower are situated on the ground floor while the other four double rooms and additional two bathrooms (one fitted with bathtub and the other with shower) are situated on the first floor. Three of the five bedrooms have a furnished balcony.
This apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people.

Une superbe villa près de Dubrovnik avec une grande piscine très propre avec éclairage nocturne :)Une superbe villa si vous souhaitez un séjour confortable et abordable près de Dubrovnik, La villa peut également accueillir confortablement 2 familles avec enfants (nous la recommandons pour 8 personnes), car il y a 4 chambres de taille normale, Les soirées peuvent être passées dans la très grande cour clôturée et confortable de la villa, où vous pouvez laisser votre voiture en toute sécurité, il y a des transats, une grande table pour s'asseoir, des parasols, un barbecue extérieur, une table de ping-pong, une douche extérieure et surtout, une grande et très propre piscine avec éclairage nocturne :), La marina et la plage de Zaton sont accessibles à pied et la vieille ville de Dubrovnik est également à quelques minutes en voiture, L'hôte est gentil et attentionné, Nous vous adressons nos vœux les plus chaleureux,

Wat een leuke villa! Het ligt in een rustige omgeving, maar dicht genoeg bij Dubrovnik voor dagtochten, De nabijgelegen stranden waren prachtig, en we hielden ervan om de lokale cafés te verkennen, De villa zelf was schoon en had een gezellige sfeer, waardoor het voelde als thuis
Villa Anka was the perfect getaway for our family! Spacious and well-equipped, we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, The outdoor pool was a hit with the kids, and we enjoyed many barbecues on the terrace in the evenings, Highly recommend this place!
We had a fantastic time at Villa Anka, The living area was bright and inviting, and the bedrooms were large enough for our group of 10, The balcony view was a nice touch, and being able to bring our dog made our stay even better
