A modern log cabin with cozy decor set on a spacious plot. Pets are welcome at the cabin. The peaceful surroundings are ideal for enjoying a tranquil holiday. The property includes a cozy log cabin with a spacious sun terrace and a 15m² glazed terrace. Additionally, there is a bedroom available in a former barn during the summer (15 May - 31 September). The bedroom features a double bed and a toilet available in the summer. At the lakeshore, there is a spacious wood-heated lakeside sauna shared with the neighboring cabin. Water for the sauna is carried from the lake. The lakeside sauna can be reserved for two hours at a time, and its use is included in the cabin rental. Located 30 km south of Tampere, Liponselkä Lake is 40 meters away, featuring a shallow sandy beach, a private pier, and a rowing boat. The log cabin was built in 2000. The living room includes a sofa, TV, heat-storing fireplace, air source heat pump, and a spacious dining area. The kitchenette is equipped with a ceramic stove, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, and coffee maker. On the ground floor, there is a sauna with an electric stove. The washroom includes a shower, toilet, and washing machine. Sleeping accommodations are located in the loft, which has a double bed and two single beds. The barn bedroom with a double bed is available from 15 May to 31 September. The spacious yard offers a great opportunity to play various games. The cabin provides a badminton net, rackets, and shuttlecocks. At the shore, there is a summer kitchen and a roasting pit for cooking in good weather. An aluminum boat with a 5 hp outboard motor can be rented from the owner. Arrangements for rental are made directly with the owner.
