This old village house is more than 200 years old and was completely renovated in 2011. The house is located near the centre of S'Horta and about 4-6 km from the beaches of Cala Ferrera, Cala Sanau and Cala d'Or. Ground floor: Entrance through a beautiful terrace leading to the living room with satellite TV, a traditional kitchen with fireplace (decorative only) and a pantry, a bright kitchen (4 ring electric oven, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster) with dining area for up to 6 people. Cala Ferrera is ideal for families with children with its fine sand and crystal clear water, while Cala Sanau offers beautiful views. The cove has a bright sandy beach 50 metres wide, almost entirely surrounded by limestone cliffs and pine forests. The golf course "Vall D'Or" is about 3 km away. It offers 18 holes of medium difficulty, dotted with numerous bunkers and surrounded by olive and pine trees.
