The house is located near the centre of S'Horta and about 4-6 km from the beaches of Cala Ferrera, Cala Sanau and Cala d'Or. Cala Ferrera is ideal for families with children with its fine sand and crystal clear water, while Cala Sanau offers beautiful views. The cove has a bright sandy beach 50 metres wide, almost entirely surrounded by limestone cliffs and pine forests. The golf course "Vall D'Or" is about 3 km away. It offers 18 holes of medium difficulty, dotted with numerous bunkers and surrounded by olive and pine trees. Upper floor: Here you will find a shower/toilet, a toilet with washing machine and iron, and two bedrooms (two beds 150x190) with radiators.
