Great spot for a quick trip, Perfect for a couple,
Well-organized CheckMyGuest apartment, Easy-to-follow instructions for arrival and departure, The apartment was spotless and situated in a convenient location, br/The only drawbacks are that it was a section of a larger space with neglected shared areas and was smaller than anticipated, and the price is relatively high compared to other apartments,
Very old building but 100% renovated apartment, new furniture, good kitchen, great shower, the balcony is a differential because the apartment is airy, comfortable sofa bed, good and clean bed and bath linens, Two subway lines nearby which facilitates getting around the city, Would definitely stay here again!
Conveniently located on a peaceful side street within walking distance to bars, restaurants, shops, and the Metro, Easy to get to, Comfortable bed, excellent shower and towels, Quick responses to any inquiries, Recommended Nannybag for convenient luggage storage if arriving early in Paris, I highly suggest this accommodation,
Mary is a wonderful host, We were delighted that she was very responsive in answering all our questions, The apartment is stunning, contemporary, with two sets of floor-to-ceiling windows that open out to Juliet-style balconies, Excellent shower and delightful scented shower gel and shampoos, The washer and dryer worked perfectly, Amazing smart TVs in the bedroom and living room with access to all streaming services, Ample closet space and hangers for that homely feel, The subway is just a two-minute walk away, and we're also just two minutes from a Monoprix to grab snacks for the house, Close to the Ponte St, Denis - it felt like having a miniature Arc De Triomphe in the area, A fantastic place,
Overall a pleasant stay, here are the details: Cons (some are minor): - the pictures are accurate, but the space is smaller than expected, which seems to be common in Paris, It would be quite cramped for 4 people (little space left after unfolding the couch) - three locked doors to access the apartment - walls appear dirty and scuffed, carpet not very clean - no linens provided for the baby cot, but I used the extra bed linens instead - cushions on the couch kept slipping down, quite bothersome (even after trying to secure them in place) - kitchen not well-equipped for cooking, lacking oil, salt, pepper, etc,,, - managed by a team, so lacks a personal touch (might not be a downside for some) Pros: - convenient location, with plenty of restaurants/cafes/bakeries nearby - close to the metro - balcony with a view - quiet street despite being close to amenities - two clothing racks - washing machine
