This detached holiday house with a beautifully planted, fully fenced garden is on a holiday house estate very close to the famous Gunaras thermal and spa baths. It is near the small town Dombóvár with many amenities, as well as convenient for day trips to Lake Balaton, to interesting cultural towns or to the capital Budapest. The holiday house fully newly renovated and furnished in 2016 on a 350m² garden site provides 33m² of living space, comprising a bedroom, a cosy living and dining room with a comfortable sofa corner, a separate and fully-equipped cooking niche, and a bathroom with a shower and WC. It can therefoe welcome up to four holiday guests. The little bedroom is furnished with a comfortable box spring bed (140 x 200cm) with one large mattress. After a day trip you can relax in the living room on the comfortable sofa, with the satellite TV (including German channels) providing entertainment in the evening. The sofa corner can easily be converted into a double bed 140cm wide. A dining table invites you to enjoy meals together. The cooking niche enables comprehensive self-catering with two cooking rings, a mini oven, a fridge, a coffee machine, kettle, plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Free bed linen and towels are provided. You can relax on the roofed veranda and the terrace with garden furniture behind the house. A grill is available for private use. Dogs are welcome and can run around freely on the fully fenced site and in the house. The holiday house is ideal for guests of all ages and for all those who appreciate a leisurely holiday, spa treatments or exercise in the fresh air – jogging, Nordic walking, hiking, fishing or cycling (bikes available in-house) It is just 200 metres to the famous Gunaras thermal and spa baths with its wide range of wellness and spa treatments. The nearest little town Dombóvár with many shops, god restaurants, bars and cafes is only about 3km away. During your stay you can get to know the range of recreational and cultural amenities in the area on interesting trips. It is only about 45km to the European cultural capital Pecs and the flower town Kaposvar, ca. 70km to Lake Balatn and ca. 120km to the capital Budapest, which is always worth a day trip.
