The house consists of a spacious kitchen/living room with a large dining table for 10, breakfast bar, and sitting area with two sofas and chairs, and open fireplace. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, a gas stove and oven, and fridge freezer, air condition and Wi-Fi. It has 3 simple bedrooms (one double, one twin, and one single) which are comfortable but functional so that each couple/person can have their own space. The house has a beautiful, bright 70 m2 terrace which faces a circular ornamental fountain with a statue. In addition, the house has a large exotic garden with more than 50 plants (mandarins, lemons, pears, apples, figs etc ...). In total there are more than 3000 square meters of land, garden and plants.There is air conditioning installed in the living room. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan. The house has a strong WiFi connection and can be used to watch films and do video calls.We also offer a car hire service at good rates. Punta Ciriga or Cirica is a portion of beach located east of Santa Maria del Focallo. It is characterised by small coves protected by a white tuff cliff.
