It is heated by an automatic pellet stove, which heats the ground floor via underfloor heating and the rooms in the attic via radiators. The kitchen is fully equipped (including dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob). The ground floor is barrier-free. Other holiday guests and occasionally the owner's family can stay on the large property, and there is plenty of free parking available on the property.
