The holiday home was completed in August 2021 and completely refurbished. It is heated by an automatic pellet stove, which heats the ground floor via underfloor heating and the rooms in the attic via radiators. The kitchen is fully equipped (including dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob). The ground floor is barrier-free. The bedroom on the ground floor has a box-spring bed and a large sliding-door wardrobe. The bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a shower, WC, washbasin and a whirlpool for 2 people. The cosy seating combination in the living room can be converted into a double bed if required. There is also a dining table with 6 chairs in the living area and the top floor is reached via a spiral staircase. There are two bedrooms and another bathroom. There is a large wardrobe in both bedrooms and all windows can be darkened with electric shutters. Please note: There is a second holiday home on the property about 20 metres away. The holiday homes are separated by small hedges. Other holiday guests and occasionally the owner's family can stay on the large property, and there is plenty of free parking available on the property.
