This 130m² holiday house is in a village with a view of Labin, which is on one of the many hills in the surroundings. There is a roofed terrace next to the house, where up to ten people can sit at the dining table and prepare meals on the grill. The private swimming pool measures 48 m². Eight deckchairs with parasols and a gazebo are provided. There is a little wooden hut with a slide for children in the garden. The 1700 m² garden is completely enclosed by a hedge, so children and pets can run around freely. The house is surrounded by a lawn and an automatic sprinkling system. There are supermarkets in Labin about 3km from the house. There are many restaurants in the area, with the nearest just a kilometre from the house. Pets are welcome.
