This 130m² holiday house is in a village with a view of Labin, which is on one of the many hills in the surroundings. There is a roofed terrace next to the house, where up to ten people can sit at the dining table and prepare meals on the grill. The private swimming pool measures 48 m². The living room has air conditioning and there is another air conditioning unit in the hallway between the two bedrooms upstairs.
