The holiday home is a charming former farm worker's house. It is a listed building and was completely and extensively renovated in 2014 from a building biology point of view. It is located in the centre of Rysum. The house also has a small, enclosed garden with a wooden terrace, garden furniture and a parasol. The interior design is particularly tasteful and reflects the charm and character of the 60 m² detached house. The attention to detail is recognisable in every single room. The tiled bedroom has a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) and a TV as well as underfloor heating and a radiator to keep you cosy and warm in winter. The living room is furnished with a fireplace, flat-screen TV with satellite connection, stereo system and underfloor heating. On the open gallery, which can be reached via a listed staircase from the living room, there are two further beds (each 0.80 m x 2.00 m). There is a larger supermarket in Emden, about 8 km away. The sea is approx. 4 km away on foot. The nearest major railway station is 10 km away.
