It is a listed building and was completely and extensively renovated in 2014 from a building biology point of view. It is located in the centre of Rysum. The house also has a small, enclosed garden with a wooden terrace, garden furniture and a parasol. The interior design is particularly tasteful and reflects the charm and character of the 60 m² detached house. The attention to detail is recognisable in every single room.
