The stylishly furnished large luxury holiday flat "Seebrise*****, in the newly built Parkvilla Mathilde, is located just a few minutes from the centre of the Baltic seaside resort of Binz and, with its good transport links, offers the ideal mix of peace and quiet at night and proximity to the sights in Binz. The outdoor pool is large enough and is perfect for starting the day or simply clearing your head with a few lengths. The underground car park is accessed via a vehicle lift, with ample parking spaces so you can easily park any vehicle. Living room The large living room with two real leather sofas have a reclining function at the touch of a button and a view of the Samsung Curved TV. The cosy living area adds the perfect finishing touch to the evening programme. Finally, the fireplace creates a romantic and warm atmosphere. Kitchen Our kitchen with kitchen island is fully equipped down to the smallest detail. Starting with the fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, oven, Bora induction hob and Bosch fully automatic coffee machine. We have installed a Sonos loudspeaker for a good mood while cooking, which can be easily connected via Wi-Fi. In the dining area there is a large table made of Hülsta fine walnut wood with six leather chairs by designer Joop that invite you to linger. The table offers plenty of space for dining or a games evening with the family on holiday. Bedroom with en suite bathroom Both bedrooms are equipped with designer box-spring beds from the Finnish brand FENNOBED, which ensure a good night's sleep during your holiday on Rügen. Both bedrooms have wardrobes, bedside tables with lamps, a Samsung Smart TV and direct access to the en suite bathroom. The large bedroom has an en suite bathroom with washbasin, floor-level rain shower and toilet. The bathroom in the small bedroom has a floor-to-ceiling rain shower with washbasin. Entrance area In the entrance area there is enough space for suitcases or shoes as well as a small guest WC with washbasin and toilet. There is also a safe and a wine fridge in the hallway and some cleaning equipment neatly stowed away. Sun terrace On the large sun terrace you will find a large dining table with 4 chairs, a parasol and two sun loungers to soak up the sun. The terrace is perfect for relaxing and is large enough for the children to let off steam and play. The Binzer Parkvillen are located in the second row to the beach in Binz, but you can reach everything such as the beach or the shopping promenade in just a few minutes on foot. A playground for our younger guests is directly adjacent to the site and offers a wide choice. Cape Arkona46km ~ 50 minutes Treetop Walk Rügen7km ~ 10 minutes, Construction work in Putbuser Straße (construction expected to end in Easter 2023) In Putbuser-Straße, directly opposite Villa Mathilde in Heinrich-Heine-Garten, a new building is currently being constructed in a gap on the other side of the street. The construction company apparently started building work in November 2021. We do not yet have a construction schedule. We are therefore currently unable to make any statement about the construction period. We cannot rule out that there will be disruptions due to the construction work. Our holiday flat has very good windows, but we cannot guarantee that there will be no noise disturbance, so we ask you to expect noise disturbance in our accommodation for the time being.
