This detached, timber-framed house is in a leisure area, surrounded by old oak and linden trees and with many walking paths, as well as a mountain biking trail four kilometres long up on Orupsberg, on the border to the plain towards the south and very close to the lake with child-friendly swimming spots and fishing possibilities. There is an attractive golf course (Bosjökloster) 4km away. There is a balcony to the east and two double doors lead from the big living room out on to an east-facing terrace, with quality garden furniture and a parasol. There is a second table for enjoying what you have cooked on the Weber grill, in the evening sun, also with a parasol. A small garden and two parking spaces are available. Everything is fenced and far away from roads with traffic. The locality is about 2km away and there are shops 1000 metres away and a restaurant 2km away.
