This detached, timber-framed house is in a leisure area, surrounded by old oak and linden trees and with many walking paths, as well as a mountain biking trail four kilometres long up on Orupsberg, on the border to the plain towards the south and very close to the lake with child-friendly swimming spots and fishing possibilities. There is an attractive golf course (Bosjökloster) 4km away. There is a balcony to the east and two double doors lead from the big living room out on to an east-facing terrace, with quality garden furniture and a parasol. There is a second table for enjoying what you have cooked on the Weber grill, in the evening sun, also with a parasol. A small garden and two parking spaces are available.
