Overlooking the Adriatic sea this beachfront studio apartment with furnished terrace features free WiFi, air conditioning and flat-screen SAT TV, as well as kitchenette fitted with oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, freezer, electric kettle and toaster. Private bathroom comes with shower and hairdryer. Towels are provided.
Iron and ironing board will be at guests' disposal.
Zaton is a perfect place for a countryside retreat as they are situated in a peaceful rural inland area with intact nature and rich vegetation.
Guests can find everything they need, during their vacation in smaller range. Cafe bars, market, so as bus station are 200 m distant from property, while beach is 8 m away.
The famous Old Town of Dubrovnik is 11 km away, with various beaches, historic sights, restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. The nearest bus station is 200 meters from the accommodation, with buses passing frequently and it is an approximate 30 minute ride to the Old Town.
Dubrovnik Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 20 minutes ride from the apartment, while Dubrovnik Airport is 33.7 km away.

Emplacement parfait au bord de l'eau, confortable et une escapade idéale,
Fin de vacances parfaite et paisible Superbe situation au bout du village, juste en face se trouvait une petite plage, Belles vues sur la baie et vers le village, Belles promenades dans la campagne adjacente et jusqu'à la presqu'île, Quelques restaurants sympas mais chers à deux pas, Magnifique petit chat qui nous a rendu visite aussi,
Très bien situé, j'adorerais revenir ! Le studio est dans un endroit incroyable ! Vous ne trouverez rien de tel autour de Zaton, c'est presque sur la mer ! Superbe terrasse et la vue depuis là-bas, dans l'appartement il y a tout ce dont vous avez besoin, oui, certaines assiettes et tasses ne sont pas neuves, mais qui s'en soucie ! Pas moi !
Je vais le résumer en un mot - INCROYABLE ! Nous avons apprécié tout ce qui concerne cette propriété, en particulier l'emplacement et l'hôte, Djivo était très accueillant et chaleureux, et il nous a fait sentir si à l'aise et comme chez nous. L'appartement était très cosy avec une immense terrasse donnant sur la mer qui était l'un de nos endroits préférés, vraiment un joyau caché et si vous êtes en mesure de le réserver, vous ne devriez pas y réfléchir à deux fois !
