he studio apartment is located on the ground floor of the Pignocco Country House, an ancient 18th-century farmhouse that has been finely restored and converted into non-hotel accommodation. Situated in the hills, just 5 km from the historic centre of Pesaro and the sea, it is the ideal choice for those wishing to spend a holiday between the countryside and the beach, with the possibility of visiting the main historical and cultural locations in the Marche region. Today, thanks to the restoration work carried out by our father, it houses holiday flats with furniture restored by us owners or custom-made by local craftsmen.
