Description
À l'intérieur
The flat is located inside the charming glass tower of the Pignocco Country House, an 18th-century farmhouse that has been finely restored and converted into non-hotel accommodation. Immersed in the tranquillity of the Marche countryside, it is the ideal choice for those who want a holiday between the sea and the hills, just a few minutes from Pesaro and the main historical and cultural destinations in the province of Pesaro Urbino. The accommodation, measuring approximately 37 m², is spread over four floors connected by a characteristic cast-iron spiral staircase that leads up to the roof of the tower: a unique detail that makes the experience truly special. The rooms in the tower: First floor: kitchenette with sitting area. Second floor: bathroom with bathtub. Third floor: panoramic double bedroom, surrounded by large windows, perfect for a romantic stay. The blackout curtains allow you to sleep in the dark, but with a simple gesture you can admire the starry sky directly from the bed. Fourth floor: private terrace with table and deckchair, from which you can enjoy an incredible view of the countryside, the city of Pesaro and the Adriatic Sea on the horizon. Services included: air conditioning, heating, free Wi-Fi, quiet and familiar environment, silence at night, discreet assistance from the owners present in the structure. It is also possible to request breakfast by reservation. Outside, guests have access to a large garden with an outdoor swimming pool (open in summer), sun loungers, barbecue, tables and chairs. All spaces are reserved exclusively for guests of the Pignocco Country House. The property has free unattended parking. Use of a car is recommended: the centre of Pesaro and the main services are only 5 minutes away. In the surroundings you can visit: The Natural Park of Monte San Bartolo, with scenic paths, bike and e-bike trails, belvederes on the sea and enchanting sunsets. Villa Caprile and its Italian-style gardens with water features. Villa Imperiale, a refined Renaissance jewel. The medieval village of Fiorenzuola di Focara, overlooking the sea. The spectacular Furlo Gorge, the most famous canyon in Le Marche. Gradara, with its castle linked to the love story of Paolo and Francesca narrated by Dante. Urbino, the city of Raphael and UNESCO World Heritage Site. Mondavio, one of the most beautiful medieval villages in Italy.
