The holiday flat is located directly on the Baltic Sea cycle path along the Baltic Sea coast to the seaside resorts of Kühlungsborn, Heiligendamm or Warnemünde. The steep coast of the Baltic Sea is 200 metres away as the crow flies, with a staircase leading down to it. The sandy beach of the Baltic seaside resort of Nienhagen can be reached in 5 minutes by bike. In 15 minutes by bike you can reach the popular fishing village Warnemünde incl. dream beach. The holiday flat is equipped with a spacious kitchen. An extra bed for up to 5 persons is available on request. For older guests, the car park directly next to the holiday flat and the barrier-free access are also ideal. The holiday flat is intended for 2-4 persons. In the bedroom there is a 180x200cm double bed and in the living area there is a 320x160cm sofa bed. The flat is equipped with everything you need for a longer holiday stay. There are also 2 bicycles for free use in the flat. Around the holiday flat there is a garden of about 80 square metres, which is enclosed by hedges. So you can sunbathe comfortably on the terrace or enjoy a glass of wine. The flat is approx. 250m as the crow flies from the Baltic Sea (you can hear the sound of the waves when the wind is favourable). At the height of the flat there is a rocky coast with a stairway down to the pebble beach. About 800 metres further west is the beautiful sandy beach of the Baltic seaside resort of Nienhagen. 8km to the east is the old fishing village of Warnemünde with its beautiful beach and many bars and cafés.
