The holiday flat is located directly on the Baltic Sea cycle path along the Baltic Sea coast to the seaside resorts of Kühlungsborn, Heiligendamm or Warnemünde. The steep coast of the Baltic Sea is 200 metres away as the crow flies, with a staircase leading down to it. The sandy beach of the Baltic seaside resort of Nienhagen can be reached in 5 minutes by bike. In 15 minutes by bike you can reach the popular fishing village Warnemünde incl. dream beach. The holiday flat is equipped with a spacious kitchen. An extra bed for up to 5 persons is available on request. For older guests, the car park directly next to the holiday flat and the barrier-free access are also ideal. The holiday flat is intended for 2-4 persons.
