This is a stone villa from the 16th century, which has been restored very carefully. It is located at around 800 metres above sea level, offering guests an extensive view over the Tiber valley and Lake Montedoglio. The house is surrounded by a 300-hectare plot of land with forests and meadows, with many hiking and Nordic walking trails, dug-outs for watching wild animals, a tree house and a mountain hut. Here you can find peace and quiet and absolute privacy, with an unforgettable view! The large, rustic living and dining room has a fireplace, a TV with satellite reception and plenty of tables, benches and chairs, so all guests can enjoy meals together. The kitchen is equipped with a large stove, fridge, freezer and dishwasher, as well as ample crockery and accessories for catering for a large group. The property comprises six apartments, with a total of ten rooms and seven bathrooms. The first apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, as well as a bathroom. The second apartment has two bedrooms, of which one has a double bed and a single bed and the other has two single beds, as well as a bathroom. There are plenty of parking spaces available on site. The on-site swimming pool is open from 15 April to 30 October.
